4. The BBQ Grazing Station:

This wedding food idea, comes from chef Dennis Prescott, host of Netflix’s Restaurants on the Edge. You need to be able to use your imagination when transforming this inspiration into a Texan smoked meat BBQ grazing table. Imagine rustic oven trays piled high with slow cooked BBQ meats of your choice. Of course, sticky ribs need to make and appearance and so too does BBQ brisket and pulled pork! 5. The Tacos Grazing Station:

So it appeals to both the eyes and the stomach. This idea is served on a board but you can easily make it look even more rustic and serve it like the grazing table below. Serve your favourite protein such as sucking pig and sea bass with your favorite sides including guacamole, black beans, sour cream, corn, jalapenos, onion, lettuce, tomatoes and hot, hot sauce.
